The Dru Project gives scholarships to students who truly exemplify Drew's spirit and desire for unity, inclusion, and love. We feel that setting young leaders up for success is the best way to change the future.

Come back in March 2025 for the next application round, which will be prioritizing students in regions where discrimination and barriers to acceptance are on the rise. Our current focus for the scholarship program will prioritize LGBTQ+ youth from anti-equality states, where challenges to their safety, education, and well-being are particularly pronounced.

*Scholarships are given to students who will be attending college or a trade school. They can only win the scholarship once. Scholarship funds will be mailed directly to the school via check that the student is enrolled in. Verification that the student is enrolled in a school is required. Should the student choose to not attend school, the scholarship will be valid for up to one year. After this, the funds will be relinquished and given back to The Dru Project. Recipients are asked to participate in marketing activities for The Dru Project within reason, including a video when the scholarship is awarded. Funds cannot be transferred to another student. Funds are to be applied to tuition only, unless otherwise discussed with The Dru Project. It is the responsibility of the student to obtain any information regarding the proper recipient of the funds from their school and ensure that any forms regarding the scholarship are signed before the beginning of the school year. The student is responsible to give that information to The Dru Project as The Dru Project will not be responsible for late fees if these instructions are not received by the student before the tuition deadline. Should there be any remaining funds after graduation, funds are to be returned to The Dru Project.
