The Dru Project’s Springtime fundraiser - taking place at a gorgeous home in Kissimmee, FL on 4/20 - is a 5-course sit down infused meal cooked by lauded infusion chef Ellie Rose. She was the sous chef for the famous 99th Floor and is about to open a diner in St. Augustine, featuring a gorgeous array of brunch and beach fare.

Ellie’s tasting menu will be featuring a variety of seasonal vegetables and special recipes to tantalize the eye and the tongue! Each course will paired with wine.
